No Problems! No Issues!
I had no issues with acquiring a toll free number and had no issues with the transfer to AT&T!
800 numbers & AT&T setup
Reading a few of these reviews, no one had it as easy as I did! I needed a number for a client and had to move it to AT&T. It took a little finessing getting through AT&T, but we got it done in pretty good time and relatively no issues. Bill and Rita at TollFreeNumbers were responsive and easy to work with. I'd definitely use them again.
AT & T
I transferred my number to AT & T right after I purchased it...it was bought and paid for, and then transferred for service. After some go around, unknown to me, AT & T stopped servicing my number. I was without service for over two years on my 1-800 # and lost no telling how much business due to it. When I finally found this out, I called to have it reactivated. They told me sorry, but we can't do that. Nobody else had purchased the number, and I was willing to pay again, but they refused to give it to me or activate.
However, 800numbers.com took care of everything, again!!! Thank you for all of your help.
Maybe they're too big...
Maybe they're too big. It's hard to get through to a live person and you get different answers everyone I talk to. It also seems like they're run by Lawyers sometimes, oh wait maybe they are.
worked great once I got someone that knew what they were doing
I don't want to change anything and everything is still AT&T here. It's not always easy to reach the right person but when you do at least they know what they're doing or seemed to enough in our case.
