We have been transferring 800 numbers to Call Fire for several months now. Call Fire is slow to acknowledge the receipt of the numbers and IMHO, they are too slow to finish porting the number. I think it has to do with their operations as with anything I do with Call Fire, their people always seems confused as new people are constantly involved in the simplest tasks. It might be that the way they handle their shifts which causes multiple people being involved - Not ideal. Once the number is finally ported over, setup is fairly easy.
More advanced Messaging options that we needed
They do SMS and Sip which we're still in the process of setting up but they've been responsive so far. It's just much more involved than I realized at first. Nothing is simple any more today.
