I have no complaints with their service, other than the call can sound a little on the "tinny" side when made using VOIP. Easiest fix is to have the call forwarded directly to the number. This issue may present itself because all my calls are received using my cell phone in areas where cell service is not great. I use a cell booster and these issues together may create the overall issue I experience. HOWEVER, the value for the money is fantastic and I've had no issues dealing with their company. I would love it if their app would allow to handle multiple toll free numbers so that I could handle 2 separate numbers on my cell phone, but I understand this may complicate things substantially.

Line2 is a cost effective app that gives you the visibility of a huge Corporation. I have been a line2 customer for quite some years now. They are constantly working on improvements and are always updating their platform. Yes I agree its not perfect yet, but it will be perfected due to all the continued efforts in making it so robust. For the price you pay (whether monthly or yearly), you cannot beat it!! This is truly the best bang for your buck! Not to mention being able to send and receive texts from your toll-free number. Thats amazing!! Where else can you possibly get such a service where you can put on your computer, smart phone, or smart device and add all these extensions for such an economic price? I tell you folks, I'm sold on Line2 and even when I have no data or signal, I have the ability to forward my toll-free number to any other land line and not miss a call. Don't make the same mistake I did in the past and go port your precious number to some other provider that wont give you the freedom of transferring your number to Line2 after you realize you made a mistake. It will be like pulling teeth. Trust me, you need Line2 if you want all these great features and below market pricing. I still don't know how Line2 makes money off us. Keep up the good work Line2. You have a loyal customer here.

They're all the Features and Half the price. That sounds like a slogan they should use I know but it seems ok. They took a while to do the transfer but I think it was just the paperwork, you did your part. Thanks for your help!
Easy to Work With But....
I've been a customer with Line 2 for several years with several phone lines transferred from Bill's service. I have enjoyed the ease of use and continual upgrades to the interface. One thing I dislike is the lack of live phone support. They call you only after you submit a request IF your request warrants a call. Otherwise, email only. The email support is not instant, and the response time varies, but I'm not displeased as the value is still good. Overall, I'm a happy customer.
