800 to Telepacific - No Problems
I have 8 sites in California with Telepacific. The move of a purchased 800 number to Telepacific was straightforward. 800numbers.com knows their business and Telepacific new their business, therefore the move worked well. Everyone knew what was going on.
I have used Telepacific for over 10 years. Their customer service has improved dramatically over the last 3 years. One nice thing is that they have their own techs that they will send to the site not contractors!!
Moved my 800 number
Telepacific smoothly moved my 800 numbers to their service. I sublease from another company and it still was seamless.
Buyer Beware
The basic service is ok, but we got burned on our Internet plan with them. We told their rep we wanted to upgrade our bandwidth, and we assumed it would be for the duration of our contract. Instead in the fine print which was not mentioned by the sales rep, it locked us in for another 3 years at a rate which was not competitive. I wrote 2 letters to management at the company and tried calling our rep multiple times. No one ever got back to me. I would not do business with this company again.
We matched our local number and love the combination for marketing
We matched a local and toll free number with you and have them all in their hosted system. It's a great combination that I would recommend.
