Rates good; website marginal and difficult
Website minimal and doesn't always work. No online tools other than change destination number.
For example, selecting "manage toll free number" resulted in error:

Average cost to "park" two unused toll-free #s about $8.50/month.
I used Unitel for two toll-free numbers. Their product is excellent. The website is very outdated and often does not work. You can call or email with a problem and they will usually address it in a reasonable time. The service is reliable and is priced right. I'd just like to see a major upgrade on the customer access website (for billing, paying online, change the ring-to number, etc.) to make it more modern and bulletproof.
Pretty good, but...
I'm giving Unitel 4 stars on the categories listed. Their customer service is good, as is their value. In fact, I would rate it 5 stars on those things alone, but there's a category missing - Issues. We had some ongoing issues which they responded to quickly and served us well, but from a technical standpoint they were never able to fully resolve. We ended up having to work around those rather than use our desired approach. I have to hand it to them, they really tried, just couldn't resolve it. In their defense, it was an unusual request, but they thought they could do it. Other than that, they're great.
